Then, using my knowledge of the area, I'll launch computerized searches to identify homes that fit your criteria, providing you listings by e-mail or in person, depending on the logistics, I will preview them if I haven't seen them before, then show them to you or send you pictures and an evaluation.
Negotiate a purchase. When we've found the right house I'll help put together an offer that meets your needs and is the most likely to be accepted. I'll present the offer to the seller in person, making a point to introduce you to them as a person rather than a name on a contract.
Guiding you through a maze of paperwork. This is where the real work begins. I'll keep you informed of timelines in the agreement, and help you through the various inspections and reports that are part of a transaction. I make it my business to help you gain all the information you need to feel comfortable, so that your dream home won't turn into a nightmare.
